Before I got to the store, I was told that I had been approved for a car loan. I met with Vicki. I found that she was honest and explained everything to me....it was all so simple. She assisted me through the selection process of choosing a vehicle. The financing process was so relaxed and comfortable. John explained everything about my credit rating and how it can be negatively and positively impacted. No one has ever done that for me. I certainly appreciated the time he took to go over everything because i have a better understanding of the process of the credit business.John not only helped me buy a car he also developed a plan to help me increase my credit rating. 3 things that happened during my visit with John. I had taken my 38' 5th Wheel into Campmart for it's 'winterization' and some minor repairs. Due to Covid 19 and parts availability coming from the U.S., this process took longer than expected, but this is not the fault of Campmart. So the length of time everything took was my only complaint, but again, I can't fault the dealership for parts not being available from the trailer's manufacturer.

Now the compliments...I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and kindness shown to me and my wife. Tyrone in Service, would keep us up to date with phone calls letting us know the status of the repairs. We also dealt with Betty-Jean in the Service Dept. who recently came to the Ottawa location...she was lovely and helpful as well.

When repairs were all completed, we also did a 'walk-around' with Steve & Jerry who were the technicians who did the actual repairs. It seemed as though both gentleman were proud of the work they had done, and took every opportunity to go above and beyond our expectations.

I am not usually the type of person to go online to leave a review, but given my experience with CampMart's Service Department, I was compelled to say something, as everyone was so very helpful!

We were in the market to trade our bunkhouse and purchase a couples unit. We were immediately welcomed by staff at CampMart. Jason Chambers was our sales representative and upon a brief conversation, had a snapshot of what we were looking for. Although there were no rv's on site that we were interested in, Jason continually kept in touch through phone and text messaging, making suggestions and sharing photos. He found us the perfect 'home away' and we purchased a 24 foot, starcraft launch ultra lite without seeing it. We were advised that there was a small scratch on the side which could be easily repaired. When the unit arrived, there had been damage to the awning extension. Jason and the service team were quick to acknowledge this discrepancy and noted that it would be replaced without charge. Abe and his team scheduled an appointment and the work was completed. Upon pickup of our unit, Mark conducted the trailer review with us. His humour, smiles and laid back attitude made the experience very enjoyable. My wife and I did not have much knowledge or an idea about what we wanted but Michael was able to professionally show us the different options and helped us choose the perfect camper! Purchased the Grand River 22mB from Campmart in Hamilton. We dealt with Luke who was just starting out but provided great customer service. The shining stars were the service department and especially the service manager Jeff Bush. Jeff was so knowledgeable about the workings of this trailer and was instrumental in assisting us in setting up our load levelling hitch and all the other safety features we required. His tech team ( Grant, Gio and another fella who I cant remember his name ) had to practically rewire our car but they kept working at it till it was perfect. Gave us a real sense of comfort for sure. Jeff made it clear we could call him with any questions or concerns that come up in the future and we really appreciated his help.

We had been looking at the Star Craft Travel trailers on line after friends of ours purchased one last year. After extensive searching it was clear to us that Camp Mart had the sale we were looking for. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from the dealership through the Canada drives program. I have to say that my first experience was not very good with the salesman we dealt with who is now at a different location. I was referred to 401 Auto by a friend after being told i was not in a position to finance a car by another dealership. chad and Steve were great to work with and got me into an excellent car very fast!

I was wanting to finance a car when I came across 401 Auto ad on Facebook. I submitted very little information online and within a day or two my phone was ringing with Malvinder on the other end. He asked me a few questions to get a better understanding of my needs and I told him I wanted low payments and something that would not cost a lot on insurance,I explained my credit status so he knew what challenges he would be facing. I truly did not expect a phone call back but two days later Malvin called to say I had been approved! I couldn't believe it at first and then I got nervous because this was the first big expense I would be making on my own. I have purchased many trailers in my lifetime and this has been the worst experience I have ever had. the sales person was good but it all went downhill after that. there was a miscommunication between us and the manager , I had to fight to get the trailer when I wanted it. I made it plain before we even started looking that we needed it in a week. they said if we took one of the lot that could happen, the amount of money charged for pdi clean up and inspection is unreal, lots of things were not looked at but we rushed them to get it ready so I understand why it was not as good as it should have been. The accounting department must have been behind as I ended up paying on both the old and new trailers and was assured that any money I paid on the old would be reimbursed. that was not the case as the request to pay off the loan only came after the payment was due so more money in their pocket and less in mine. We paid top dollar for a high end trailer, and got low end service. I will never purchase anything from this location again and will be sure to tell all my friends and family to stay away from this place. very unhappy camper

I traveled up to meet with one of 401 Auto account executives to talk about a used vehicle and financing that was not going to leave me out of house and home. Buying a trailer can be daunting especially when you are "green." Doing my homework I went to a few RV dealerships.

I bought from 401 Auto RV, from the moment I set foot on the lot, I was greeted by Julie I explained what I was looking for. Julie's expertise and knowledge on trailers was impressive, she hooked me up with exactly what I needed.

I bought a car from 401 Auto and was extremely happy with the whole process. The car however (which was financed) was not what I was really looking for.
